Day 1: Johannesburg to Kruger Park
Our Kruger safari begins with an early morning start in Johannesburg. Arriving at the lodge, we have lunch and time to relax or have a swim. Traveling in open 4x4 game vehicles we head out on our first game drive in search of Africa’s famous wildlife. This afternoon / evening game drive takes place in the private reserves of the “Greater Kruger Park” – home to the Big 5. Dinner is enjoyed under the stars in an African “boma”

Day 2: Kruger Park
A very early start with tea, coffee and biscuits, before heading out for the Kruger Park in an open game viewing vehicle. Our sunrise game drive begins as soon as the Kruger Park gates open. Early morning game drives allow for excellent wildlife viewing as the animals are on the move, before they take to the shade for the midday heat. The especially adapted vehicles offer excellent viewing and photographic opportunities. After an exciting morning we stop at a scenic picnic site to enjoy a hearty packed breakfast and time to relax and stretch our legs before we head back out in search of the Big 5. The qualified guides have excellent knowledge of the Kruger Park and know all the best waterholes and areas to spot wildlife. A welcome stop for lunch and we continue our search for any animals we may have not yet spotted. Leaving the Kruger Park at sunset we return to the lodge for dinner around the fire.

Day 3: Kruger Park and Surrounds
Today we have the day at our leisure. Relax around the pool and soak up the bush atmosphere or partake in one of the activities available.
Below are some options should you like to partake. In busy seasons it would be a good idea to book these activities in advance with your reservations consultant. Optional Activities are subject to availability.

Day 4: Kruger Park Full Day Safari
An exciting day awakes. Today we have an early wake up call and head off into the Kruger for another day of wildlife viewing. After a full day in the Kruger we head back to the lodge for another dinner under the stars.

Day 5: Greater Kruger National Park
Today we have a lovely relaxing leisurely day. There are some optional activities to take part in such a Big 5 Game Drive, a morning Game Drive, Mohololo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, Panorama Route & Blyde River Canyon, Kampama Cheetah project or a cycling safari.

Day 6: Kruger Park to Johannesburg
An early morning nature walk gives us an opportunity to learn about the animal spoor (tracks) of various animals, birdlife and a chance to stalk wildlife. After a full breakfast we depart for the Blyde River canyon and Three Rondawels for a final photographic opportunity. Our Kruger safari ends in the late afternoon in Johannesburg.
