I was a late entry into the Travel industry, I spent years working in the corporate world before embarking on my own travels through Asia, after that I was hooked, I came back to South Africa with a keen interest to explore my own continent.

Since then and working at Detour Africa I have managed to travel South Africa, Namibia and Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zambia. I have also become a regular in the Kruger.

I am amazed how every time I go to a National Park I see something different, I have learned that no 2 days in the wild are ever the same. You never know what you will see in the Chobe or Etosha or any other of amazing parks. Still plenty to do in Africa, I am working on getting to the Gorillas and then Mozambique.
