Day 1: Johannesburg to Hazeyview and Kruger National Park
We collect clients at OR Tambo International airport or lodges in the area between 6:00 - 7.00 am. On booking your consultant will help advise on where to stay and pick up points. From Johannesburg We travel East, towards Mpumalanga where our overnight stop is just outside of the town of Hazyview, we reach the lodge between 11:00-12:00pm. 

On Arrival we have time to relax and enjoy a light lunch, guests are welcome to  walk around the beautiful walking trail or cool off in the swimming pool. 

Depending on season our first wildlife thrilling experience will begin around 3.30pm. We board open view game viewing vehicles with our professional guides and begin our first game drive in the Kruger National Park. What a way to start the safari as this game drive will take us into sunset and then onto a night drive. We expect to see much wildlife on this drive so have your cameras ready. We continue to drive until around 8pm when we will make our way back to the lodge for a lovely dinner and a good night's sleep.

Day 2: Kruger National Park
Your guide will be picking you up early, ready for another exciting day. With packed breakfasts in hand we begin a full day Kruger Safari on open 4x4’s. Your guide will explore the best areas of the southern KNP where we find game viewing to be the best. Have your cameras ready as your guide will make sure you have an unforgettable safari.

Early morning is when wildlife is active, we will take advantage of this and try to get as many viewings in as possible. After 3 hours or so we will stop at one of the rest camps for breakfast. coffee and bathroom breaks. We will have lots to talk about over breakfast. We then get back in the vehicle to try and find the animals we may have missed earlier. We will explore the different regions of the parks, we will look for viewing opportunities by waterholes, near river and on the beautiful savanna plains, who know what we might see, everyday in nature is different.  

We will stop for lunch at one of the rest camps, do note this is for your own account at the local restaurant. Another chance to stretch your legs before we game drive back to our lodge. We expect to arrive back at the lodge around 3.30pm, perfect time to relax and enjoy a sundowner over a beautiful African sunset. 

Tonight's dinner will be enjoyed sharing the day's best memorable viewings.

 Day 3: God's Window and the Panorama Route 
Today we have a slightly later start, beginning the day with a hot, scrumptious breakfast at 7.30am.Your guide will be ready and waiting at 8am where we will begin a day trip along the panorama route to see arguably South Africa's most iconic views.

We visit the spectacular God's Window, if it is a clear day you can see the Kruger in the distance, the valley below is a 1000 meter  awe inspiring dro. Bring some walking shoes as we will do a short hike around the various view points, it is a 30 minute walk to the top but well worth your effort.

Other places of interest we will visit is Bourke's Luck Potholes where your guides will brief you on the history of the area as well as the interesting formations that have occurred in the red sandstone.

Another beautiful view is the Blyde River Canyon, the 3rds largest canyon in the world, boasting 40km long and 1200 meters deep. Looking down you will see diverse vegetation, rivers and dams and numerous waterfalls. The true beauty of the canyon is maximized at the 3 Rondavels view point.

The last visit of the day is Lisbon waterfalls which runs all year round and epitomizes what the day is about.

Along our journey we will stop in the little town of Graskop for lunch and curio shopping. We expect to arrive back at the lodge around 4pm. Time to relax, have dinner and get ready for our final safari early the next morning.

Day 4: Kruger National Park & Return Transfer to Johannesburg
We begin our final day with an early morning game drive, you guide will pick you up again with packed breakfasts on an open 4 x 4. Our last chance to see the animals that may have eluded us the day before, who knows what sighting awaits us. Your guide will use his experience of the park to try get sightings of the animals that may have eluded us on previous days. We game drive until about 10 –11am after which we will return to the lodge to pick up our bags and transfer back to Johannesburg

We expect to arrive at Johannesburg Airport (O R Tambo) and surrounding hotels between 5-6pm
