6 Day Kruger Lodge and Glamping Safari

Day 1: Johannesburg to Greater Kruger Area
This morning we pick you up from your accommodation in Johannesburg and drive via the beautiful highlands to your lodge located in Balule game reserve, which falls part of the Greater Kruger Park area. After settling in to your rooms we board a open safari vehicle for a 4-hour sunset game drive.
Dinner is a scrumptious bush braai (barbeque) enjoyed in the African bush at the Marula Boma. After dinner we return to the Tremisana Lodge for a good night’s sleep.

Day 2: Greater Kruger Area
We awake early to start our day with a 4-hour bush walk with an experienced ranger. This is an incredible way to explore the bush.
After a memorable morning you return to the lodge for brunch. After relaxing by the pool we will hop on the game vehicle for an afternoon game drive, after which you are taken to Katekani Lodge.

Day 3: Kruger National Park
After breakfast we drive to the Kruger Park and enter the Orpen Gate. Today you will have a day packed full of exploring the Kruger Park. We will search for the Big 5 and other game. After a fascinating day in the bush we return to Katekani for some dinner and rest.

Day 4: Greater Kruger Area
Another delicious breakfast starts the day off. Afterwards we head down to the Moholoholo Rehabilitation Centre to interact with the rescued and orphaned animals while learning about local conservation efforts. At about 3pm we go on another game drive in Balule where there is a good chance of spotting the Big 5. Dinner and overnight at Katekani.

Day 5: Kruger National Park
We head back to the Kruger and enjoy another full day on an open game vehicle. This is the perfect chance to see other prime game drive routes and to spot the animals you may have missed on your other game drives. After another incredible day in the reserve we make our way back to the lodge in time to freshen up before enjoying another delicious dinner.

Day 6: Greater Kruger to Johannesburg
We enjoy a short morning game walk with an experienced and armed ranger before heading back to the lodge for breakfast. We will make our way back to Johannesburg. On the way we stop at the scenic Blyde River Canyon to take some photos. You should arrive back in Johannesburg around 17H00.
