DAY 1: VICTORIA FALLS
Upon arrival at Victoria Falls International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by your tour guide and transferred to your accommodation. Take in the stunning scenery as you head to the lodge and get ready for an exciting adventure for the days ahead.
Later in the day, embark on a spectacular sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. Enjoy breath-taking views of the African sunset while sipping on a refreshing drink and taking in the sounds of the wilderness. Keep an eye out for wildlife such as hippos and crocodiles that are known to frequent the area. This is the perfect way to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of your surroundings.
Return to your lodge after the sunset cruise for a delectable dinner and rest up for tomorrow's activities.
DAY 2: VICTORIA FALLS
After breakfast, embark on a walking tour of the magnificent Victoria Falls. Accompanied by your knowledgeable guide, stop at various vantage points to witness the awe-inspiring beauty of the falls. Walk through the lush rainforest and be amazed by the rainbows and the deafening roar of the water as it cascades into the gorge below. This is an experience you won't forget.
The rest of your afternoon is free to spend at leisure. With so many activities to choose from, your guide can assist you in selecting one that best suits your interests. You may opt to take a helicopter tour for a bird's-eye view of the falls, or perhaps a thrilling bungee jump off the Victoria Falls Bridge or simply relax at the lodge and take in the stunning views of the surrounding wilderness.
No matter what you choose, it is sure to be an unforgettable experience. Return to the lodge in the evening for a delicious boma dinner.
DAY 3: VICTORIA FALLS TO CHOBE NATIONAL PARK
We begin the day with an early morning game drive in a private reserve in Vic Falls. This is the perfect opportunity to see Rhinos and other incredible wildlife in their natural habitat. We head back to the lodge to freshen up before heading to Chobe National Park, located 100km west of Victoria Falls.
After settling in at our camp, we embark on an afternoon game drive led by experienced guides. Traverse through the vast savannas and along the riverbanks in search of the Big Five and other fascinating animals that call Chobe home. Be sure to bring your camera to capture these unforgettable moments.
Return to the lodge after an exhilarating game drive for a relaxing evening. Enjoy a refreshing drink at the bar or take a dip in the pool before dinner.
Wake up early for an exhilarating game drive in Chobe National Park. Before (or during) the game drive, enjoy a refreshing cup of tea or coffee to help you start your day. As you venture through the park, keep an eye out for the Big Five, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as other fascinating animals that call this park their home. This is the best time of day to see these majestic predators in action.
After the game drive, return to your lodge for a full breakfast served around 9:30am to 10am. Indulge in a delicious meal and discuss the sightings of the morning game drive with your fellow travelers.
In the late afternoon, embark on a spectacular sunset cruise on the Chobe River. Departing at 3pm, this is the perfect time to see the wildlife as they come down to the river to drink and cool off. From the comfort of the boat, you'll be able to get up close and personal with the animals and capture unforgettable photos of your encounters. Keep your eyes peeled for hippos, crocodiles, and a wide range of birdlife as you cruise through the park.
Return to the lodge after the sunset cruise for a delectable dinner and unwind as you prepare for another exciting day in Botswana.
DAY 5: CHOBE NATIONAL PARK TO ELEPHANT SANDS
Today you will travel to Elephant Sands, a bush lodge and campsite located in the north-eastern part of Botswana, about 250km away from Chobe. Upon arrival, settle into your accommodation and get ready for a unique and unforgettable experience.
One of the highlights of your stay at Elephant Sands is viewing the elephants at a natural waterhole right in front of the lodge. Watch these majestic creatures as they come to drink just a few meters away from you, creating an unforgettable wildlife encounter. This is an opportunity to see these impressive animals up close and appreciate their grace and beauty in their natural habitat.
In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner before retiring to bed for a well-deserved rest.
After breakfast, embark on a scenic road transfer through Nata to the heart of the Okavango Delta. This unique wetland system is made up of rivers, crystal-clear channels, islands, and lagoons, creating a safe haven for an array of bird and wildlife species.
We will spend tonight in Maun before heading out on our Okavango Experience the next day. After settling in you will have some time to unwind or you can book optional activities such as the very popular scenic flight over the delta.
Today, after a delicious breakfast, prepare for an exciting day trip to the Okavango Delta. Your adventure will begin with a Mokoro ride, a traditional dug-out canoe that has been used for transportation in the Delta for centuries. Glide silently through the crystal-clear waters and observe the wildlife and vegetation that thrives in this unique ecosystem.
As you explore the Delta, you will have the opportunity to go on game walks and experience the wilderness up close. Your experienced and knowledgeable guides will lead you on a journey through the islands, providing insight into the flora and fauna of the area.
Tonight we sleep in the delta, ending the night around the campfire, sharing stories of the day's adventures.
DAY 8: OKAVANGO DELTA - MAUN
Immerse yourself in the delta with our local guides. Discovering the cultures, lifestyles, and stories of the area. Enjoy breakfast and embark on a game walk to spot elephants, zebras, giraffes, and antelopes.
We head out of the delta on mokoros and head back to Maun in the afternoon.
Today marks the end of our incredible journey together. After packing your bags, enjoy a final breakfast before bidding farewell to your new friends and our amazing team. At the designated time, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight. Don't forget to exchange contact information with your fellow travelers and our team, so that you can stay in touch and relive the memories of this unforgettable trip.
